Poster presentations

Posters are a very important part of contributed presentations within the scientific programme. Posters will be part of the vendors exhibition and will be displayed throughout the entire conference.

Poster session: Tuesday, August 11 14:20 to 16:40

Every poster author is requested to be at his/her poster at the scheduled poster session.

Posters will be presented on posterboards within the exhibition area. The posterboard are approx. 146 cm width x 116 cm height and meant for posters printed in the format DIN A1 portrait or landscape or DIN A0 landscape. DIN A0 portrait format will not fit properly but it is possible to present it   DIN A0  (Portrait format).

Posters shall be mounted on Monday and removed by Thursday late afternoon.

Poster awards

The best posters will be awarded with an attractive price sponsored by Wiley Blackwell. The poster award session is scheduled on Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 15:40 to 16:20. A poster jury will view all posters and select the three best posters.
