Information for presenter

All lectures are given in the “Hörsaal Kupelwieser” which is situated next to the poster and vendors exhibition, reachable via the corridor.

Morning speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentation on USB by the end of the day before their lecture will be given or by 7:45 a.m. on Monday, 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday and 8:15 on Thursday.

Afternoon speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentation on USB at the beginning of the lunch break.

It is also possible to connect your notebook/laptop directly to the power point presenter but full functionality needs to be tested well in advance. Prezi presentations are also welcome. In all session rooms, EWCPS 2015's technical staff shall assist you in installing your presentation. The symposium's PCs and laptops are equipped with Windows 7 and PowerPoint Version 2010.

Regular oral presentations are 20 minutes including time for questions and discussion.
